Make room for the work ahead.

Keep business equipment, inventory, or project goods nearby. Tell us what you need to store, for how long, and how your team will access it.

  • Contractors & field services

Request a local place for your tools and equipment. Keep your own goods and access under the storage agreement.

  • Merchants & business operators

Ask about overflow inventory, fixtures, or seasonal equipment. Describe the goods and your planned pickup pattern.

  • Moving & restoration businesses

Discuss temporary storage between commercial project stages. Goods, condition, ownership or customer authorization, and dates are reviewed before delivery.

A space agreement comes first.

A business storage rental provides space for your goods. Work or sales inside a bay and J&M-managed receiving, picking, packing, or shipping are separate proposals that need specific confirmation.

A truck and a storage plan.
Put the pieces together.

For a commercial move, equipment transfer, or temporary storage project, plan the goods and dates first. J&M has an on-site U-Haul rental service.

  1. Confirm the space.

Request suitable storage with J&M. Agree on the goods, unit, access, dates, and terms before move-in.

  2. Arrange the truck.

Use the existing U-Haul rental channel. Equipment, availability, pickup details, and rental terms are confirmed through U-Haul.

  3. Choose your help.

Use your business's crew or arrange an independent mover. Agree on the task, equipment, timing, responsibility, and price separately.

U-Haul's Moving Help marketplace is a separate labor service. Under its published labor-only model, the rental customer is responsible for driving. Truck rental does not automatically include labor, supplies, or J&M handling.

Bring your service.
Find a local connection.

Moving companies, restoration firms, contractors, and independent service businesses can explore a storage connection and introduce the work they offer nearby.

Introduce your business
  • Storage for your projects

Discuss temporary or recurring space for suitable goods, with the business controlling its storage and access.

  • Moving and loading services

Share your service area, skills, equipment, and availability. Each customer and provider arrangement has its own scope.

  • A connection for business customers

Explore a referral or service arrangement for commercial projects. Confirm who contracts with the customer and who is responsible for each step.

  • Specialized handling at the right location

If a project needs fulfillment or processing, discuss a qualified separate facility and a clear transfer plan.

Where we want to take it

A future service model could pair business opportunities with crews, transport, and equipment. Receiving, packing, supplied chemicals or work kits, dispatch, and a staffed turnkey service need further review and are not available as standard services through this page.

Discover businesses.
Connect the right skills.

We are developing a way to research nearby businesses and match described project needs with independent providers' skills and service areas.

Research prospects, not confirmed demand. This directory lists businesses found through public sources. A listing does not mean the business needs storage, has an open job, is a J&M partner, or endorses this platform. Visit the source to learn about the business.

Define the need.
Confirm the arrangement.

A useful project starts with clear goods, dates, people, and responsibilities. The request builder helps put those details in one place.

  1. Describe your project.

Share your business, job location, goods, approximate space, timing, access, and handling preference.

  2. Review your request.

Build email-ready text below. Edit it, copy it, or open your email app. You review and send the message yourself.

  3. Confirm each part.

J&M reviews storage suitability and terms. U-Haul confirms the rental. Any independent provider confirms its own services.

No form on this page reserves a unit or truck, fixes a quote, collects payment, sends a message automatically, or guarantees a service or job.

Make the next step specific.

Prepare a business storage request or introduce your service. Your details stay in this page until you choose to open your email app or copy the text.

A general location is enough for the first inquiry; avoid private customer details.
Goods and suitability must be reviewed before delivery.
Who would move the goods?

“Ask J&M” requests a discussion of options. Receiving, picking, packing, and staffed handling are not assumed to be available.

Is this hub for business customers?

Yes. These requests and service connections are for business owners, operators, and independent service companies. Describe the business purpose. Existing tenants can continue using their usual account and service channels.

Can I use my own crew or a mover?

Describe who will move and access the goods. The business retains control of its goods and access under the storage agreement. Any third-party work must match the confirmed arrangement and site procedures.

Can J&M receive, pack, or ship my inventory?

Those are developing options, not standard services offered through this page. Describe the actual tasks so the scope can be reviewed before any commitment. A storage rental alone does not include fulfillment.

What does short-term storage cost?

Ask for a quote for your dates and goods. Duration, space, available units, access, and any separate services affect the proposal. The request builder does not fix a price or reserve space.

What about restoration goods and service chemicals?

Describe the goods, condition, ownership or customer authorization, and materials before delivery. Storage suitability must be confirmed. Cleaning, drying, processing, chemical provisioning, and work in storage bays are separate proposals.

Are cameras used on site?

J&M uses on-site Blink cameras. Ask about current access and camera procedures when arranging storage. Camera presence does not promise continuous recording, live monitoring, or coverage of every location, and does not replace any property coverage required by your agreement.

Can my business use the self-service wash?

Ask about the existing self-service wash and a possible fleet arrangement. Staffed washing, detailing, repairs, or changed equipment and chemicals are separate services and are not included here.

Are the listed businesses offering jobs?

No open work is confirmed by a directory listing. These are public research prospects. Provider introductions and any future skill matches are reviewed separately; neither promises employment, a contract, or approved provider status.
